One way to get your group information to nannies in your area is to make contact with the nanny placement services in your area. Once they know you're available to the nannies they place, this will make you an asset to their business.
One way you can reach the nannies within the agency is if the agency is providing training sessions, find out when those are. Most agencies post this information on their website, but if not, call or email and ask. Once you have that information, contact the agency owner or staff in charge of the event if you can come for about 10 minutes and introduce your group to the nannies at the training. This is a great way for you to meet face-to-face the nannies and agency and get to know them. Introduce your group, letting them know what you are, the benefits to being a member, the services you offer and some of your upcoming events. Bring your promotional materials - brochure, business cards, postcards, newsletter - whatever you have!
I recently did this with an agency here in the DC area and was able to meet and introduce ADCAN to six nannies and meet the newest agency in the DC metro area.
